Takeover of the family company GAYMARD Marseille ship chandlers since 1931 located at La Joliette.

Takeover of ALEXANDER, a family-owned ship chandler in the port of Marseille since 1830.

Corsica
Acquisition of Cofrapex by a family-owned group, CORIN

Takeover of CML, a ship chandler since 1962, located on the dry docks in Marseille.
